Chrysler Group is managed by an eight-member Board of Directors that provides oversight to the Company with one director appointed by the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust. The board, led by Sergio Marchionne, Chief Executive Officer of both Chrysler Group and Fiat, oversees the organization’s performance per the 2010-2014 business plan established on November 4, 2009. The plan incorporates environmental and social performance with economic performance.
